Executive Game-Changers

Over my career I’ve worked with at least a thousand executives, including hundreds of CEOs and presidents.  The best ones aren’t so concerned with making incremental improvements — that’s what they have managers, engineers, staff people, and so on addressing.

So, what are the executives focused on?  Opportunities to catapult their products into new markets, opportunities to dramatically increase revenues, opportunities to take their organizations to a higher level of performance…and the barriers to making those happen.
